How to Highlight Your Pattern On Your Device

You can click the link below and find a tutorial on how highlight your pattern from your device. There are four different ways that are shown in the tutorial: Web Browser, Adobe Reader, Foxit Reader, and Preview (OS X).

The following tutorial will show you how to use PDF Max Pro to highlight your pattern.
Tutorial courtesy of Elizabeth Sheetz

Open the pattern from your Documents, then scroll down to some lettering that is NOT part of the pattern

Next click on the highlighted ABC and you will get a pop-up asking to save, click YES

Touch one of the words, doesn't matter which one you highlight

Click the 3 dots in the corner, then click SAVE

Exit the PDF reader and go to your Docs icon

You want to open the pattern that says “annotated” at the end, this is the backup you just made and when you are completed with the pattern you can delete that file and still have an unhighlighted copy to work from again in the future

Click the “X” beside the original version of the pattern because you DO NOT want to accidentally highlight any more on that one because highlighting can NOT be undone

If you click this symbol while in highlight mode, you can change the color that you highlight, I switch between 2 colors, going to the other color every other day so that I can look back and see how many rows I have done each day. It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that you save after each row, or anytime you leave the program to look at something else because it does NOT save automatically. To save your highlights, click on the check mark icon in the upper left then the 3 dots in the upper right and choose SAVE, If you forget to do this you will very likely have to struggle to figure out exactly where you left off in the pattern because your most recent highlighted parts will not have been saved.
